With more than 20 years of sales experience and 10 years specialising in real estate, Liza Boltz is an experienced commercial real estate professional with a strong track record across the Central Coast.
As a Sales & Leasing Consultant with Chapman & Frazer Commercial Real Estate, Liza specialises in commercial and industrial property, with particular expertise in E3 and E4 zoned properties across West Gosford, Gosford, Tuggerah, Somersby, Lisarow and Erina. Her experience encompasses the sale and leasing of industrial warehouses, factories, retail premises and office space.
Liza’s results-driven approach is reflected in her 47 completed transactions during the 2025–26 financial year, achieving an average sale price of $1.38 million.
Prior to establishing her career on the Central Coast, Liza worked as a fully licensed real estate agent in Hong Kong, one of the world’s most competitive property markets. During her time there, she was recognised with consecutive Million Dollar Sales Club awards in 2018 and 2019, achieving more than $1 million in individual annual sales revenue in each year.
With a background that combines sales, commercial property and analytical thinking, Liza takes a strategic and informed approach to every transaction. She understands that successful commercial real estate is about more than simply buying, selling or leasing a property—it requires a clear understanding of market conditions, property fundamentals, negotiation and the objectives of each client.

[0] => After graduating from Sydney University in Maths, Computer Science and Japanese Liza accumulated over 10 years of sales experience in real estate and tech industries in Hong Kong, the United States and Australia. Operating in such diverse environments honed her skills to establish rapport quickly with clients which earned her sales multiple awards and referral business from her clients.
In her spare time, Liza enjoys sushi, kayaking (once it stops raining) and volunteering her time. Currently she is leading the Community Defib Project for Avoca Beach to install 3 defibrillators with 24 x 7 access for her neighbours. Liza is fluent in English and Cantonese.
A fun fact about Liza is that she did a brief stint on a US Travel Network reality show.
