<p>With a relatively youthful 5-years total experience, two as a grade 2 License holder Robert has still been able to achieve a few milestones namely LJ Hooker Captains Club on transactions in the network in 2021 and 2022/23 having responsibility for averaging over 60 transactions every year in a leasing role.</p>

<p>With license accreditation Robert has broadened his horizons and looks to use the skills learnt in his newly achieved sales and leasing role on the northern reached of the Central Coast.</p>

<p>Before emigrating to Australia Rob worked for 30 years in various Director/Head Facilities and Property roles in the media, luxury and hospitality industries.</p>

<p>Working to board level for brands such as Omnicom, HAVAS, Publicis, IPG, Vinyl Factory and Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Robert held ownership of real estate requirements and developing workplace strategies across the globe to meet various mergers and acquisitions and international operations.</p>

<p>Of particular note were the direct negotiation with landlords and owners throughout the entire property cycle to achieve desired business outcomes including property searches, lease negotiations, tenant and landlords works, relocations and property disposals.</p>

<p>In these roles Rob has acquired great working habits and transferable skills that provide clients with solid analytical practices to deliver pragmatic and agile solutions in the selling and leasing of assets.</p>
